Wayne Myers is the team leader and founder. He has been serving clients in real estate since 2000, driven by a passion for helping others buy and sell homes. Licensed in five states throughout his career, Wayne has gained valuable experience in some of the nation’s most competitive markets, including Texas and Southern California. These fast-paced environments sharpened his skills in strategic negotiation and innovative marketing—tools he continues to refine through ongoing education, seminars, books, and professional coaching.

Wayne and his family have proudly called Celina home for the past nine years. Deeply involved in the community, he values the connections and relationships built along the way. Both of his children graduated from Celina High School before heading off to college, further rooting his family in the heart of Celina.
